Which type of businesses do you specialize in?
We specialise in supporting fast-growing Australian businesses across solar, trades, healthcare, marketing, and professional services — especially those who are ready to delegate and scale with the right systems and people in place.
How does your VA placement work?
Step 1: You choose between our Percy-managed model or a DIY option.
Step 2: We screen, interview and onboard a VA who matches your needs.
Step 3: We stay on for handover, training and performance checks. You work day to day with your VA.
What are the rates?
Our Tier 1 rate for general admin support is $18 per hour. For more specialised or experienced support, Tier 2 is $23 per hour. We have a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and there’s a one-off onboarding fee of $695 plus GST.
How do I sign up?
Start by booking a discovery call - either through our website or via Teish on LinkedIn. We’ll talk about where you’re at, what you need and which package fits. Once you’re ready, we get moving.
How is training handled?
We work with whatever systems and processes you already have. If you don’t have much in place yet, no worries. We’ve got admin playbooks ready to go for multiple businesses, so nothing slips through the cracks.
How do you ensure quality and data security?
All our VAs go through a proper vetting process, including reference checks and ID verification. We use secure platforms and tools, and we conduct regular performance reviews. We care deeply about the people we hire and the businesses we serve, so trust and quality are baked in from the start.
Is Percy involved after placement?
Absolutely. We check in regularly, offer training refreshers and stay available if you ever want to scale or adjust. We're not a set-and-forget kind of agency.
